Which calculator should I use?
If you're applying for home care now or entered care after 1 November 2025 — use the Support at Home Calculator. This is the current system with 8 funding classifications and contribution rates based on your pension status.
If you're already on a Home Care Package under the old 4-level system — use the Home Care Package Calculator. The old system is being phased out, but existing recipients continue on their current arrangements.
